Norðurál was recognized together with 89 other companies, institutions and municipalities. The Gender Equality award is a dynamic project of the Women’s Association (FKA) that promotes gender equality the executive boards of Icelandic companies. Along with the awards, a short conference was held with the title “We all lose from homogeneity – Equality is a decision”.
